Healthy Banana Pumpkin Bread

Ingredients
Pumpkin Puree1 Medium Mashed Banananonfat yogurtegg whites/ egg substitutebaking sodacinnamonpumpkin pie spiceflax seed mealraisinshoneyunsweetened coconutold fashioned oatswhole wheat flourbrown sugar (to taste)
Directions
Preheat Oven to 350

1. Mix Wet Ingredients: 1/2 C Pumpkin Puree, 1 Medium Mashed Banana, 1/4 C nonfat yogurt (vanilla or any flavor), 3 T Egg Whites, and 1/5 C honey.

2. Mix Dry Ingredients into Wet: 1 C Whole Wheat Flour, 1/4 C Oats, 1 t of baking soda, Cinnamon (to taste), Pumpkin Pie Spice (to Taste), 1/4 C raisins, and 2 T Ground Flax Seed.

3. Pour batter into 3 small bread loaf tins. Sprinkle with unsweetened coconut and brown sugar (to taste).

4. Bake for 20-24 Minutes

5. Let Cool. ENJOY!
