Easy Banana Cake

Ingredients
Cake*Betty Crocker Dry Yellow Cake Mix-1 box*2 bananas-mashed*Great Value Applesauce, 1/2 cup*Cinnamon, ground, 2 tsp.*Great Value Baking Soda, 1 tsp Frosting*Market Pantry Whipped Topping Fat-free-1 container*jello banana cream sugar free fat free pudding, 1 box*Milk 2% Reduced Fat Milk, 1 cup
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9X 13 cake pan. Mix all cake ingredients until well blended. Pour cake mixture in pan. Place in oven for 45 minutes.

Frosting
Mix pudding mix with 1 cup milk. Then mix in 1 container of whipped topping. When cake is cool, apply frosting to cake.

    Tastes great, especially the frosting. If I made it again, I would probably add a little more applesauce because it was a tad dry. Other than that, very good. - 11/5/10
