Avocado/Tomato/Cucumber/Onion Salad

Ingredients
4 Tomatoes2 Avocados1 Cucumbers1 Onions- sweet or red preferred 2T. Vegetable Oil (or oil of your choice)1/2 C. Apple Cider Vinegar1 tsp salt
Directions
Slice, wedge or cube tomatoes.
Cut cucumber in cubes, leaving the skin on. Slice the onion very thin.
Cut avocado in half. Twist to pull apart. Remove the pit. Cube the avocado and add to the other cut vegetables.
Add Oil and vinegar .
Add one tsp of salt and mix gently.
Chill and serve.
