Sauteed Kale with Shitake Mushrooms

Ingredients
1/4 small red onion, sliced4-5 kale leaves, chopped1 or 2 dried shitake mushrooms, soaked til soft1 tsp olive oilsplash balsamic vinegar
Directions
sautee onions in olive oil, then add chopped kale stems, add sea salt, then add mushrooms, and then kale leaves. Cover and steam for a minute or two. Add a splash of balsamic vinegar, cover for another minute. Stir and serve.
