Mel's Ham & Cheese Casserole

Ingredients
4 cups Brown Rice, medium grain2 cans Campbell's 98 % Fat Free Broccoli Cheese soup 2 cups Cheddar Cheese (shredded)2 cups Broccoli, fresh (chopped)3/4 cup Sour Cream, reduced fat2oz Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain1.5 cups Ham, extra lean diced
Directions
1. Cook rice
2. Mix everything else together in a separate bowl (omitting the bread crumbs)
3. Mix rice in with other mixture.
4. Place mixture evenly in two casserole dishes.
5. Cook for 45 min @ 350 degrees
