1 box Carrot Cake mix1 can pumpkin3 egg whites
Directions
Mix dry carrot cake mix with one can of pumpkin, add egg whites. Mix well. Pour batter into sprayed 9 x 13" pan or make cupcakes. Bake according to package direction.
