Mix dry ingredients in small bowl. Beat butter with agave necter. Add pumpkin, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth. Gradually add in flour mixture. If too wet add more flour or oats. drop by rounded tablespoons onto sprayed cookie sheet. Bake 15-17 minutes. Cool on wire racks.
Bake at 350 degrees.
