Low Calorie Gyro Party Pitas

Ingredients
2 lbs small cubed (1/2" cubes) Lamb (any cut, the leaner the better)18 4" Whole Wheat Pita's3 Large Tomatoes, Diced1 Large Onion, Diced1 Cucumber, peeled and sliced1 jar of Kalamata Black Olives, dicedTO MAKE Tzatziki Sauce - 1 Container (6oz) Greek Oikos Yogurt1 Whole Cucumber, diced and peeled2 tbsp Greek Seasoning1 tsp lemon juice
Directions
This will make 18 4" pita's. Good party/potluck recipe!

1. Dice your tomato,and onion. Peel and slice one of your cucumbers. Run a rough chop through your drained olives.

2. Place 1tbs extra virgin olive oil into skillet, heat to medium high. Through in small cubed lamb meat. Cook for 4-5 minutes, or until center of meat is slightly pink.

3. Arrange items to create your own pita's!

TO MAKE TZATZIKI SAUCE:

Combine Greek Yogurt, Diced cucumber, greek seasoning, and lemon juice into blender or food processor. Blend until sauce is smooth, no cucumber pieces left. Sauce will be a bit runny. Put into bowl to top your pitas!
