Soy "meat", dry, 40 gramsCarrots, raw, 100 gramsZucchini, 100 gramsOnions, raw, 40 gramsRed Ripe Tomatoes, 100 gramsWhole Wheat Spaghetti, cooked (pasta), 120 gramsSesame Oil, 1 tspOlive Oil, 1 tspSoy Sauce, 2 tspGarlic, 1 clove
Cut the onion in large pieces. Cut the zucchini and carrots in thin sticks. Cut the garlic in slices. Cut the tomato in cubes.

Heat sesame and olive oil in a pan. Fry the onion, zucchini and carrots with the garlic. When halfway done, add the soy meat. Cook until done.
Add the tomato and the soy sauce. Cook until tomato is heated through.
Mix with the cooked pasta.
