peach smoothie

Ingredients
put into blender 1 large fresh or frozen peach, 1 banana, 1 large chopped carrot, 1 cup chopped broccoli, 2 oz soy protein isolate, 3 tbsp flaxseed, 1-2 cup water for desired consistency. Turn on blender and blend until smooth. Makes about 4-5 cups
