Tofu Cake cookies

Ingredients
1 box cake mix1 package silken tofu1/2 package dark chocolate chips1/4 cup water
Blend the tofu until broken apart and a little creamy, add in the cake mix. Mix together until creamy, add in the water and continue blending.
Once everything is smooth and creamy fold in the chocolate chips.
Preheat the oven to 325
Place cookies onto cookie sheet, I placed them on parchment paper
Bake for 15 minutes
I added some food coloring to make the cake cookies orange, they are now ready for halloween.
