Ingredients
- 1 Cup Wild Rice- 1 Tablespoon Butter- 10 Ounces Chicken- 1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup- 4 Ounces Greek Yogurt- 1-1/2 Cups Canned, Sliced Mushrooms- 3 Medium Stalks of Celery, Sliced- 1/2 Medium Onion, Chopped- 4 Ounces 2% Reduced Fat Cheddar Cheese, Grated- 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder- 1 Teaspoon Herb Blend
Directions
* Prepare 1 cup dry wild rice by package directions using the 1 tablespoon butter.

* Prepare chicken by boiling, cooling and stripping chicken from bones.

* In a large bowl, mix soup, yogurt, mushrooms, celery, onion, garlic powder and herb blend.

* To the soup mix, add chicken and stir, and then finally the rice, stirring gently. Turn into a greased 9 x 13" casserole pan. Top with grated cheese.

* Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 30 minutes or until bubbly in the center. Makes 6 servings.
