Pumpkin Oatmeal w/ peanut butter

Ingredients
* 1 cup skim milk * 1 tablespoon Truvia * 1/4 cup canned pumpkin * 1 teaspoon vanilla extract * 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon * 1 cup old-fashioned oats
Directions
1. Combine milk, Truvia, pumpkin, vanilla & cinnamon in a small pan and bring to a gentle boil.
2. Stir in oatmeal, reduce heat, and simmer for 3 minutes.
3. Enjoy

You can add raisins or nuts or even stir in a teaspoon or two of peanut butter before eating if you would like. I like to top mine with a few chopped pecans.
