Baked Pears

Pears, fresh, 6 pear, medium (approx 2-1/2 per lb) (remove)Walnuts, 1 oz (14 halves) (remove)Ocean Spray, Craisins Original Sweetened Dried Cranberries 1/3 cup (30g), .50 serving (remove)Tropicana, Lite'n Healthy Orange juice, 8 fl oz, 8 oz (remove)Agave Nectar, 3 serving (remove)*Cool Whip Lite, 3 serving (remove)Cinnamon, ground, 3 tbsp (remove)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cut pears in half and core the center with a teaspoon or small melon baller. Place the pears face up in a baking dish. Pour the orange juice over the pears, letting the juice spill over onto the bottom of the baking dish. Place 1 teaspoon of Agave Nectar (Light) in each pear cavity. Sprinkle each pear with Dried Cranberries. Bake for approximately 10-15 minutes or until the pears are tender by piercing each pear with a knife. Maybe served warm or at room temperture. Spinkle with cinnamon before serving. (Optional: Dollop 1 teaspoon of cool whip on each pear.)
