asian vegetable soup

Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp (remove)Garlic, 1 clove (remove)Ginger Root, 1 tsp (remove)*Bean sprouts, 1 cup (remove)*Snow Peas, fresh, 1 cup (remove)*Bok Choy, raw-shreaded, 2 cup (remove)Water, tap, 6 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)Water chestnuts, 0.5 cup slices (remove)
Directions
grate ginger and chop garlic. add to soup pot with water. add soy sauce (you can use more or less to taste) and other vegetables. cook until vegetables are tender.

you can sub chicken broth and add diced chicken or medium shrimp if you want to make it a full meal.
