Ingredients
1/2 pound Chicken Breasts without skin2 Tbs Canola oil1 package (10 oz ) Mixed Vegetables1 cup, chopped Onions 3 tsp Garlic, chopped1/4 cup Soy Sauce,3 cups of cooked Brown Rice
Directions
This recipe makes three generous portions.
Heat oil in large skillet. Cut chicken into small pieces and brown in oil. Add onions, garlic and cook until translucent. Add defrosted vegetables and heat through. Add soy sauce and brown rice.
