Ingredients
1 can pink salmonseasoned, dry, bread crumbs3 egg whitesDill to tasteLemon pepper seasoning to tasteExtra Virgin Olive Oil (for pan)
Directions
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Form five patties (like hamburgers) from mixture. Add a few drops EVOO to pan. Heat patties in frying pan for approximately 3 minuets on each sire, or until golden brown on each side.
