Super Green DreamServes 1 1/2 c water 1/4 c mango chunks, frozen 1/4 c pineapple chunks, frozen 1 banana, ripe (optional) 1/4 c spinach, kale or collard greens (stemmed) 1 t barley greens 1 t spirulina 1 t flax oil (optional) Ice (to taste)Put all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth.
