Kabocha and Acorn Squash Soup

Ingredients
2 large acorn squash2 large Kabocha Squash 1 large container of Vegetable Stock1 can cream of mushroom soupsaltpepperpaprikadash of cinnamon
Directions
boil whole squash to tender remove and let cool.
remove the skins, discard
puree all squash,
add to large soup pot,
add vegetable stock and one can of cream of chicken soup. mix well,
add a dash of cinnamon
add salt, pepper and paprika to taste


Makes a large pot of soup, easily 8 servings.
