Easy Skillet Lasagna

Ingredients
3 garlic cloves, minced20 oz ground turkey10 (7.5oz) lasagna noodles, each broken into 4 pieces29oz can tomato sauce3 cups shredded mozzarella1 cup cottage cheesesaltoreganored pepperitalian seasoning mixolive oil
Directions
1 - warm oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic; cook 1 minute. Add turkey, salt & garlic powder, and cook, breaking up meat, until it loses its pink color. 3-5 minutes
2 - Scatter noodles over turkey. Pour sauce & 2 cups water on top. Bring to a simmer, then reduce until noodles are tender, stirring, 20 minutes.
3 - Stir 2 cups mozzarella. Remove from heat; spoon cottage cheese on top. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella. Cover; let stand 4-5 minutes.
