Crab Alfredo

Ingredients
3 cups of whole wheat pasta1 cup of chopped crab1 1/4 cup of chopped snap peas2 chopped tomatos2 chopped green onions3/4 cup of light cream cheese3 tbsp of fresh grated parm cheese1 cup of skim milk
Directions
Cook pasta drain and set aside
Spray a little non stick cooking spray into the frying pan and saute veggies on low heat. Cook and set aside.
Pour milk and cream cheese and parm cheese into pan and melt together. Once melted stir in veggies and mix well. Then stir in pasta and mix well.

Makes six large servings.
