Can of Mackerel in tomato*Fage Total 2% Greek Yoghurt, 1 cup (remove)Apples, fresh, 1 cup, quartered or chopped (remove)A slice of ray bread
Directions
Drink a cup of watter or 2 first
Open can
Place on bread slice
Put Yoghurt over, garlicsalt and pepper
eventually parselly
Slice an apple to eat with it.
