Almond Joy smoothie

Ingredients
25 g. frozen banana (I slice and then freeze bananas)2 Tablespoon old fashioned oats11 g. whey protein isolate1/2 Tablespoon cocoa powder1 T s.f. coconut syrup or 10 g shredded coconut (Not incl. in nutrition facts. Would add additional fat and calories)3 g. chia seeds2/3 C. unsweetened almond milk5 g. almond butter4-6 ice cubesa tiny bit (about 1/8 t.) each of guar gum and xanthan gum (optional--will thicken the smoothie)6 drops liquid stevia or non calorie sweetener of your choice
Directions
Throw everything into a blender (I use a Vita-Mix). Blend until smooth.
