Cilantro Salad

Ingredients
1 bushel of cilantro1 medium onion (sweet)4 plum tomatoes1 peeled medium cucumber1 cup of feta cheese2 limes (4-6 tbsp if using bottled juice)2 lemons (4-6 tbsp is using bottled juice)1 tbsp olive oilsalt to taste
Directions
Add chopped cilantro, dice onion, diced tomatoes, and diced peeled cucumber into a bowl. Add olive oil, lemon, and lime juice. Add feta cheese and gently mix. Add salt to taste.
