Pumpkin Pie Bars

Ingredients
1/2 c pumpkin puree1/2 c agave nectar1c almond flour (if you are out, you can grind up raw almonds in the food processor before you make the recipe!)1/4 t salt1/2 t baking soda1 1/4 t pumpkin pie spice
Directions
grease a 8x8 square baking dish or 1 9" round cake pan. Set aside. In the food processor, combine the pumkin, eggs, and agave and pulse for 2 minutes. Add in dry ingredients and pulse for another minute or so, until well combined. Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake 30-35 mins or until golden brown. You can eat them as is or top with cream cheese frosting, dust with powdered sugar, add a dollop of whipped cream.. the possibilities are endless.
