Microwave Salsa Chicken Soup

1 Packet Taco Bell Taco Seasoning2 Cups Medium Salsa1 Small Can Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom Soup3 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts1 Can Organic Low Sodium Whole Kernel Corn1 Can Organic Black Beans, rinsed and drained1/2 Cup Skim Milk
In a microwave steamer, cook the chicken on high power 8 to 12 minutes in steamer basket til no longer pink. Set aside in a bowl and lightly shred into good sized pieces.
Wash out your microwave cooker, then combine the Cream Of Mushroom soup, Salsa, and Taco Bell Taco Seasoning Packet and milk. Whisk it together then dump in the beans, corn, and shredded chicken. Stir with a spoon. Microwave it again with the steamer cover about 5 to 8 minutes so it is nice and hot.
Serve with shredded cheese and reduced fat sour cream as toppings. Makes 6 Servings
