Mini Oatmeal Apple Banana Pancakes

Ingredients
1 cup of ground Old Fashioned Oatmeal2 Tbsp unsweetened Applesauce1 whole banana, mashed1 Tbsp oil2 level sccops of stevia extract powder
Directions
Ground oatmeal until it is a powder.
Mash the banana.
Combine all ingredients.
Spray griddle with non-stick spray.
Pour pancakes to your choice of size.
