Ingredients
Ground beef, lean, 24 oz Onions, raw, 0.25 cup, chopped finelyGarlic, 3 cloves chopped finelyHunt's Ketchup, 4 tbsp *worstershire sauce, 2 tbsp *Kikkoman Panko Bread Crumbs, 1 cup Parmesan Cheese, shredded, 6 tbsp Basil, 2 tbsp Egg, fresh, 2 large lightly beaten
Directions
combine all ingredients and form into 1 inch balls. spray baking sheet with non stick spray and bake in 375 degree pre-heated oven for 30 minutes. Add to marinara sauce and let cook for at leat one hour if using for spaghetti and meatballs!
makes 20-2 meatball servings
