Ingredients
one green pepperone red pepperone medium white onionone long seedless cucumberone medium tomatoabout 1/4 c. feta cheese2T EVOOoregano to taste
Directions
dice up all vegetables and toss in large bowl. add olive oil and feta, toss some more. add oregano and toss around again.

serve and enjoy.
