Ingredients
1 tbs extra virgin olive oilsmall onion1 can diced tomatoes1 can pumpkin puree1 can black beans1 cup milk1 tbs curry powder.5 tsp cumin.5 tsp smoked paprika
Directions
add oil to pan and saute onion. add 3 bullion cubes, 3 cups water, beans, pumpkin, and tomatoes. bring to a boil. add milk and seasonings and cook for 20 min.
