Baked Amish Oatmeal

3 cups oatmeal - Regular Old Fashioned - not instant1 cup Splenda,2 tsps baking powder, dash salt,1/2 cup olive oil or melted butter,1 cup milk ( 1 %)2 beaten eggs.
Mix all ingredients together, stiring in beaten eggs last and place in greased baking dish (Sprayed with Pam) and bake in preheated 350 oven for 30 minutes. Can also add dried raisins, fruits and or nuts (calculate additional nutrional value for added ingredients such as nuts, fruits etc).
