spiced chicken and red onions and rice

Ingredients
2 chicken breast (280g)1 tsp curry powder1 sliced red onion125g rice1 cinnamon stick1tbsp raisins85g frozen peas
Directions
makes 2 servings.
rub curry powder into chicken, place sliced onions on top and cook on gas 5 25 - 30 mins.
rince rice and place in pan with cinnamon stick and raisins and peas. add 300mls water and cook until water is absorbed.
serve hot.
