Tomato Soup

Ingredients
1can (28 oz.) Italian seasoned diced tomatos1can tomatoe soup1 can (32 oz) chicken broth1/2 tsp balck pepper
Directions
Pulse diced tomatos in food process or until finely diced. Stir together tomatoes, undiluted tomato soup, and chicken broth. Add pepper. Cook over medium heat 10 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
To serve: top with dollop of sour cream or chopped parsley, basil, chives, rosemary, coutons, parmesan chees or grated lemon rind. Makes 5, 2 cup servings

    This recipe is sooooooo friggen good!! I don't use the food processor to chop up the tomatos though - I like it more chunky. I have no idea what Annietater is saying about the onions and garlic - it's not listed in the recipe! This is one recipe I'm adding to our family's menu rotation! - 11/18/07
