Pepper Chicken With Rice

Ingredients
2 cups cut up boneless skinless chicken breast2 tablespoons Kraft-Free Zesty Italian Dressing1/2 cup chopped green pepper1/2 cup chopped onion3 mushrooms, slicedolive oil spray for pan1 cup cooked white and wild rice1 tablespoon Smart Balance(Optional salsa or soy sauce, not included in nutrition)
Directions
Cook rice and hold warm. Marinate chicken pieces in dressing for 10 minutes. Spray pand wit Olive oil spray and pour chicken with marinade into pan. Stir and cook medium until golden brown. While chicken is cooking, chop onion and green pepper and slice mushrooms. Remove cooked chicken from pan and put in veggies. Saute and stir until crisp tender. Add chicken back in and heat through. Stir Smart Blend into rice just before serving. Serve chicken and veggies over rice. Optional: serve salsa or soysauce on the side. Serves 2.
