Wilted Spinach

Ingredients
half pound fresh spinach, torn2 cloves garlic, minced2-3 strips of cooked turkey bacon, crumbledsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Wash spinach and place on paper towels to dry. Place 2-3 strips of turkey bacon in a good sized frying pan (or wok). Cook until crispy. Set aside.
Mince 2 cloves of garlic and add to pan. Start adding the spinach and let it wilt down as you add more. Once all the spinach is wilted, crumble the turkey bacon and stir in.
