Sweet Crepes

Ingredients
4 eggs (large)1 1/3 cup milk1 cup flour (white)2 Tablespoons sugar1/2 teaspoon Salt(dash of cinnamon and dash of vanilla optional)
Directions
Whisk all ingredients together until there are no lumps. Spray crepe pan with butter-flavored spray or VERY lightly grease pan with butter on a paper towel. Pour approximately 1/4 cup of batter into pan and cook on medium/low heat for approximately 45 seconds on first side and 15 seconds on second side.

Makes 12 crepes.
