2 pkg. reduced fat refrig. Crescent rolls8 oz fat free cream cheese, softened1 pkg. Dry ranch dressing, mix1 cup of light mayonnaise3/4 cup broccoli, finely chopped3/4 cup cauliflower, finely chopped1/2 cup grated carrot1/2 cup minced celery1/2 cup diced red bell pepper1/2 cup diced green bell pepperminced olives to taste1 3/4 cup of Mexican four cheese, made with 2% milk
Unroll crescent rolls. (do not divide) and press into a jelly roll pan, sealing perforations. Bake at 350 for 10 mins. Cool completely.
Combine cream cheese, dressing mix and mayonnaise. Stir until very smooth. Spread evenly over cooled crust. Spread vegetables evenly over dressing mix, Top with cheddar cheese. Chill until served. Cut into 24 bars.
