2 Boxes Sugar Free Pudding, Prepared with Skim Milk1 8oz Tub Cool Whip Free4 Large bananas, sliced2 Cups fresh strawberries, halved and sliced8 Graham crackers, crushed1/4 Cup Dry Roasted Peanuts, CrushedLemon Juice
Sprinkle bananas with lemon juice to prevent browning. Cover bottom of a cake pan with crumbs from 6 graham crackers. Mix 3/4 of sliced bananas and 1 cup of slice strawberries into the prepared, already set pudding. Gently place the pudding mixture onto the graham crackers. Cover with Cool Whip Free, sprinkle with remaining graham crackers and crushed peanuts. Garnish with remaining sliced bananas and halved strawberries.
Cut into a 3x4 grid, count as one dairy and one fruit serving.
