Ground Turkey Stuffed Bell Peppers

Ingredients
12 oz ground turkey1/2 cup onion2 cups spinach1 Tbsp olive oil6 bell peppers3-4 cups water
Directions
Heat up a pan, pour the olive oil in and add the onions. Cook them stirring for 3 minutes (until translucent). Add turkey and cook until it turns a lighter color but not necessarily fully cooked. Add spinach and wilt it and finish cooking turkey until done. Add Italian seasoning, salt, pepper to taste. Once the filling is done, let it cool.
Cut a round whole on top of the peppers, then clean out the seeds and stuff them with the turkey mixture.
Cook them for 15 minutes from when the water boils in the pressure cooker (can be cooked in a crock pot as well).
