1 24-ounce jar of Chi-Chi's Medium Thick & Chunky Salsa1 15-ounce can of whole kernel corn1 15-ounce can of Black Beans1 cup of Uncle Ben's Natural Whole Grain Rice4 five-ounce chicken breasts with no skin
Preheat the gas grill.
In a large bowl, mix together the first four ingredients (everything except the breasts). Tear off four large pieces of aluminum foil and place one breast in the middle of each foil. Add 1/4 of the salsa mixture to each breast. Fold each aluminum foil into a packet that is well sealed. Place the chicken/salsa packets on the grill to the side of the flame out of the direct heat. Cook for 30 to 45 minutes until rice is cooked and chicken is done.
