Barley Porridge

Ingredients
1/2 cup wild rice1/2 cup steel cut oats1/2 cut pearl barley1/2 cup quinoa1/2 cup dried fruit (dried cranberries and blueberries)8 cups of water 2 tbsp butter1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp cinnamon2 tbsp Splenda Brown Sugar Blend1 tbsp vanilla
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a crock pot and cook on keep warm setting overnight (8-9 hours).

When porridge is finally done, spoon out, top with berries, peaches, bananas or couple of good spoonfuls of 0% fat greek yoghurt. A quite large bowlful made this way comes, by my calculation, to about 6 points
