Lettuce salad with king prawns

Ingredients
Iceberg Lettuce (salad), 100 grams)Carrots, raw, 1 cup, strips or slicesMushrooms, fresh, 5 piecesRed Ripe Tomatoes, 5 cherryOlive Oil, 2 tbspSunflower Seeds, without salt, 10 gramsShrimp, cooked, 100 grams
Directions
It is very easy and quick to prepare. For one serving add 100 g washed lettuce, 1 cup of stripped raw carrots, 5 medium sized fresh mushrooms, 5 cherry tomatoes (Can be normal tomatoes as well) and 100 grams cooked king prawns into a bowl and mix it all together. Then add some sunflower seeds and olive oil. Ready to enjoy.

You can of course vary the sizes of the ingredients to your likes.

I eat this salad as a main course not as a starter.
