Zucchini Pumpkin Muffins

Ingredients
3 Egg Whites2 Cups unpacked Brown Sugar2 Cups Grated Zucchinni1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract1 Cup Pumpkin or applesauce (used pumpkin).5 tsp Salt1 tsp Baking Soda2 tsp Baking Powder3 Cups Whole Wheat FlourTOPPING2 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice or Cinnamon (used pumpkin)3 tsp Brown Sugar
Directions
Mix Eggs and sugar. Add Zucchini and Pumpkin. Mix well.
Mix dry ingredients in small bowl and add to Zucchini, Mix well.
Spray muffin bans and fill 3/4 full. Sprinkle topping on.
Bake at 350 for 18-25 minutes.
