Ingredients
Kraft Minute Tapioca (dry measure before cooking), 9TBSPDole Crushed Pineapple 8oz can Serving = 1/2 cup, 1 cup Granulated Sugar, .67 cup Milk, 2%, 5.5 cup Fresh Egg, Eggland Best, Serving 1 Large, 2 serving Vanilla Extract, 2 tsp
Directions
Mix sugar, tapioca, mil & egg in medium saucepan, let stand 5 minutes. Cook on medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture comes to a full boil. (Pudding thickens as it cools) Remove from heat, stir in vanilla. Cool 20 minutes, stir in well drained crushed pineapple. Refridgerate. Makes 12 - 1/2 cup servings
