Homemade BBQ - Barbecue Sauce

Ingredients
8 oz V8 Vegetable Juice - Low Sodium8 oz Tomato Sauce 2/3 cup Cider Vinegar1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes or Tabasco2 tbsp Dijon Mustard 4 tbsp Lemon Juice1 tbsp Brown Sugar4 tbsp Brown Sugar Substitute 4 tbsp Heinz Worcestershire Sauce, 12 tsp (remove)1 cup Ketchup
Directions
Mix together all ingredients into medium sauce pan and bring to a boil. Turn heat down and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally making sure to scrape bottom of pan. Remove from heat, cover and allow sauce to cool. Use sauce in recipes or on the grill; store unused portions in refrigerator until needed.

Yields approximately 40 oz = 40 - 1oz servings.
