Nutless Easy Granola

Ingredients
1/2 Cup Special K2 Tbsp toasted coconut3 Tbsp wheat germ2 Tbsp ground flax4 Cups oats - quick cooking, not instant2/3 Cup brown sugar1 Tsp baking powder1 Cup margarine1 Tsp vanilla extract
Directions
Mix all dry ingredients together in a large bowl.
Melt margarine.
Add vanilla to margarine and pour over oat mixture
Stir until oats are completely coated.
Press firmly into 9" x 13" pan.
Bake at 400 degrees F for 10 minutes.
Let stand 3 minutes, cut into squares and let cool in pan.
