Smoked Kielbasa and Bean Soup

Ingredients
1 tsp Olive Oil1/2 lb Turkey Kielbasa, cubedsmall onion (about 1/2 Cup) chopped2 carrots, chopped1 Can Pinto Beans, rinsed & drained1 Celery Stalk, chopped4 Cups Chicken broth, fat free/reduced sodium10 pkg Frozen Spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
Directions
Heat oil in large nonstick saucepan. Sauté kielbasa until lightly browned, about 3 mins. Add onion, carrots, celery, broth and beans, bring to boil. Cover, reduce heat and simmer until vegetables are tender, about 10 mins. Add spinach and continue to cook until heated through, about 2 mins.
