White Vegetable Sauce for pasta

Ingredients
Chicken Broth Campbell 25% less sodium, 1 cup Mushrooms, fresh, 113 grams (4oz)Carrots, raw, 1 cup, gratedCarnation Evaporated Skim milk, 1/2 cupWhite Wine, 1 fl oz Cornstarch, 1 1/2 tbspSalt, 1 dash Pepper, black, 1 dash
Directions
Brig broth to boil, add mushrooms & carrots, cook until mushrooms are tender. Add milk. In a small dish combine wine and cornstarch stir until smooth. Add to vegetable mixture continue cooking and stiring until thick and bubbly.

Serve over hot noodles.

Makes 3 serving. 1 cup each
