Caramelized Banana Pumpkin Baked Oatmeal

Instant, Quick, and Regular Oats Cereal, 2 cup, dry, yields Banana, fresh, 3 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) Pumpkin, canned, without salt, 2 cup Milk, nonfat, 1.5 cup Egg white, 1 servingCranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins), 0.5 cup *Vermont Sugar-Free Maple-Flavored Syrup, 1 TbspUnsalted butter, 1 TBSP1 TSP Baking Soda1 TSP Vanilla1 TSP Pumpkin Pie Spice1 TSP Cinnamon Sugar
1. Pre-heat oven to 375 and lightly greased either an 8 inch round pan or a 9 in square pan
2. In a skillet melt the butter.
3. Slice the bananas and add to melted butter, along with cinnamon sugar and maple syrup
4. Simmer bananas until golden
5. Mix all the dry ingredients together
6. In a separate bowl mix the pumpkin, egg whites, and milk
7. Combine wet and drink ingredients.
8. Spoon bananas evenly on the bottom of the pan
9 Cover bananas with the oatmeal mixture
10. Bake at 375 for 35-40
11. ENJOY!!! Preferably with pumpkin spice coffee and greek yogurt ;)
