Best BBQ Meatballs

Ingredients
1 can evaporated milk3 lbs lean ground chuck or venison2 c oatmeal1/2 t garlic powder1/2 t chili powder1 c chopped onion2 t salt2 eggs
Directions
This recipe yields 45 medium size meatballs. I used the Pampered Chef medium scooper. Cook meatballs (uncovered) for 60 min at 350 degrees or until done.

Works GREAT as a freezer meal!
